Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these goods are delivered together or have been delivered;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these goods are delivered together or have been delivered;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an email to: Support@vellista.com. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion and Expiry Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
• for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, and which can only be delivered after 30 days at the earliest, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods;
• for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal was removed after delivery.
